best call ever
This morning we got a call from our realitor Matt McFarland and said that the apprasial went good and our house is worth more than we bought it for and all they need to fix is the same things they found in the inspection. So once the seller fixes those two things we will do our final walk through sign the final papers and get our keys and MOVE IN!!!!!! I can't even wait to be a home owner finally paying our own morgage not someone elses!

Yay that is so exciting! We are in the process of closing on a home now too! It is stressful, but it will be worth it! I can't wait to see pictures!
