Savannah's first hair cut!

Well Savannah is the flower girl at my aunt Patricia's wedding this Saturday and her bangs are out of control so we decided to get her hair cut. I was scared cuz she has never had one and that is a big step to get rid of her baby hair(tear). We went to cookie cutters in Riverdale and oh my gosh i loved them!! They did so good savvy didn't cry or anything needless to say if anyone has kids that need their hair cut go there! The hairdresser even put layers in her hair :) bye bye baby mullet savannah looks like a big girl now!

So today we did our inspection and everything looks good. Now I can't stop thinking about how I want to dig the basement out (it is a half basement) but you can make it a full basement with some hard work and sweat! :) then i got to thinking i want to expand the master bedroom and bathroom so we will see if it really happens lol. i am full of dreams and i wanna get it paid off well before our loan is up, i think it would be cool to live here for about 10 years and hopefully have it paid off by then (we are going to pay double to triple monthly payments) and then have it as an income property! so we will see :) oh and if any of the remodeling happens i will post pictures for sure :) is it normal to picture where everything is supposed to go in the house? i can't stop thinking about it and we don't close til september 17th, it is going to be a long three weeks!!! oh and we are moving out of our rental house by september 1st so we will either be living with my mom or at my sisters house for a couple of weeks so we will see how that goes :). i know food storage is really good to have but gosh it sucks to pack! i have one week to clean and everything so i am gaining gray hair for sure! oh and another question to i move in then paint or paint then move in? i have never bought a house before i don't know the order of things.

OUR HOUSE!!

ON MONDAY WE WENT AND LOOKED AT HOUSES WITH OUR REALITOR, AND WE FOUND ONE THAT WE BOTH LOVED THAT IS A LITTLE SMALLER THAN OUR RENTAL HOUSE SO WE TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO THINK ABOUT IF WE WANTED TO MAKE AN OFFER ON IT. TODAY AT 130 WE MADE AN OFFER BUT WE WERE INFORMED THAT WE WERE IN A BIDDING WAR WITH ANOTHER POTENTAL BUYER. SO WE OFFERED FULL PRICE (WHICH AS NOT HIGH AT ALL) AND WE WAITED TIL I GOT THE CALL AT 615 TONIGHT SAYING IT IS A DONE DEAL THE HOUSE IS OURS!!!!!!! WE HAVE TO SIGN A COUPLE MORE PAPERS AND DO AND INSPECTION AND THINGS LIKE THAT AND ALL IS WELL AND WE WILL BE CLOSING IN THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER! YAY!!!! WE ARE GOING TO BE SAVING SO MUCH MONEY COMPARED TO WHAT WE ARE PAYING FOR RENT!!!!!VERY VERY EXCITING NEWS!!!!

LITTLE BOY UPDATE

SO AS YOU ALL KNOW WE ARE EXPANDING OUR LITTLE FAMILY AND IT IS A BOY. I AM NOW 20 WEEKS AND WE GOT TO SEE HIM ON MONDAY AND IT WAS EXCITING HE IS GROWING LIKE A CHAMP. I GO IN AGAIN IN 2 WEEKS FOR MY TARGETED ULTRASOUND AND GET TO SEE HIM IN 3D FOR A LONG WHILE I AM SO EXCITED. SAVANNAH IS EXCITED TOO SHE THINKS THE BABY'S NAME IS CINDERELLA SO WE HAD TO COME UP WITH A NAME. WE ARE NOT 100 PERCENT SURE ABOUT THE NAME BUT WE ARE THINKING BRIDGER ADAM BROWN OR BRIDDGER ABRAHAM BROWN :) I WILL TRY TO GET PICTURES UP SOON.

Hi my name is Shanna I am 22 years old. My husbands name is Jarrom he is also 22 . We have known eachother for 12 years and we have been together for 6. :) we met in primary how cute lol. Anyways we got married in the logan temple on march 24th 2007. We then welcomed a beautiful baby girl on february 7th 2008. We named her Savannah Nola Brown. Her middle name is from my great grandma Bingham :) I love her even thou we never got to meet in this life ( she passed away july 2nd 1988, 24 days before I was born) but she is my guardian angel as my family knows. We are now pregnant with number two this one is a boy and we are due december 30th, 2010. We have no name picked out at this point. So that is a little back ground on us I am sure there will be other stories in this blog that tell old memories and stories!
