last couple of days

Wednesday I couldn't find the energy or encouragement to do a dang thing suprised? me either! :) well I think my laziness rubbed off on Savannah lol she was just sitting watching oliver and company (her new favorite for this week) eating cheetos when she passed out on the couch with the dog!

Then yesterday Jarrom was off work so we went and did some christmas shopping out past salt lake all those cities. So we went to this place called the wood collection I heard about through my friend kelsea's blog and I am in love with that store! I got so many gifts now I just have to paint them! After leaving there we went to Cabela's Savannah had lots of fun. I wanted to buy some of their fudge but I decided not to bad idea now i have been craving it non stop :( I guess I will have to find a good fudge recipe. We got some great gifts there also which was nice, after leaving we decided that all three of us needed to go on a one last date as a family of 3 so we wanted to go to the mayan. We got there and got up to the door and they didn't open until 4! :( so sad. We then decided to drive and see what else we could find. We found hooters lol we wanted to go somewhere any of us had been to before and the food was amazing! And it was cheaper then like applebees or anything like that we were like score! :) I love having days where it is just our little family!

I forgot to write the other day we drove by the Ogden Temple and we asked Savannah if she knew what it was and she said "yeah the temple mommy and daddy go in there and leave me home all the time" we were with my mom and we couldn't stop laughing she sort of has the right idea lol

We had a doctors appointment yesterday and the doctor says the baby weighs 5lbs 13 oz! I was like what? Can you say that again? She said yeah it looks like he is going to be about average which is 7 and a half. Well I am sorry but savannah was 6lbs 7 oz and that was just enough! haha We still have 5 weeks til the due date and i hope he doesn't gain way too much in that time i will have to have a c-section! But their measurements can and tend to be off so keep your fingers crossed! I am also already dialated to a 2 already which is really exciting! Since the baby isn't moving as much as they would like they did a couple of tests on him but we just have to keep an eye on his movements and count them. But if I haven't had the baby by december 26 they will start me so that is pretty exciting. Oh yeah and we finally picked a name. I pick the girl names and jarrom picks the boy names as long as we agree and he picked Tanner and I love it! It even has an "A" and double letters! good job honey lol.

Past Weekend

On Saturday we went over to my moms and helped put up all the christmas decorations. We also took the kids to the lights in ogden but we didn't know that it was the first they were lighting the lights so they had a parade and stuff which was weird. We watched the parade for a while then we all walked over to Subway. Which was heavenly haha! When we walked back the lights were on so Savannah was very excited! :)

On Sunday we put up our christmas tree and lights outside. It is weird because it is our house! I love being a homeowner.

Thanksgiving/Black Friday

We woke up on Thursday and went and watched Tangled a new movie from disney. We went with my family and it was a very cute movie. It is crazy that Disney is releasing new princess movies because when I was little they released all the other ones!

After the movie we went to my Grandma Kerkmans for Thanksgiving dinner not everyone came but it was very good like always. Me and Cheri took a nap and woke up and played games. Then Trisha decided she wanted to go black friday shopping with us. So we made a plan and we started at 9 p.m. It was quite the eventful night/early early morning but we all got what we were going for. People are crazy! Correction we are crazy too we stood outside target for 3 hours! In 12 degree weather! Well me and mom didn't only for about the last hour :) After everyone went home me and mom went to breakfast at village inn :) It was so good!

False alarm again

Yesterday we had a "blizzard" go through Utah it wasn't extremely bad but our house is close by the mountains we got about a foot of snow. I woke up having bad contractions and stressed about the stupid shed because there are a couple of things that didn't get finished but the wind kept picking the roof up and it was so loud! Amanda came over and helped jarrom before he went to work. We couldn't finish it before the storm came so me and Amanda went and got a tarp and just tied it down. Amanda and Cory went home because the storm started around this time. My pilot light went out later and I had to call Cory to come light it. While he was here I started feeling nauseous and hot and decided to go to the doctor. So we headed up to labor and delivery and they started an iv with fluids because i was dehydrated and also gave me anti-nausea medicine. They did a couple of checks and my body is trying to go into labor it is showing early signs of it. I was instructed to take it easy they game me a shot of morphine and sent me on my way home and just try not to get too stressed. So we got home about 2 in the morning and I slept like a rock I haven't slept that good in years! But hopefully in a couple of weeks we can see this baby's cute face! I am just sick of these false alarms and horrible contractions. But my doctor is so awesome i just love her she has gotten us through everything! And she treats us like we are people not another patient or number. Her name is Kathy Mark at the circle of life woman's center.

Is that normal?

 I just wanted to share how lucky we are to have savannah in our lives. She is one of our greatest blessings. I think it is funny because when it is time to go to bed we always have her brush her teeth and it is like we give her a present each time lol. When I tell her it is time to go to bed and brush our teeth she gets this huge grin and says really!!!! So I decided to take a picture of her getting ready for bed last night. I do think it is cute that she gets excited about pretty much everything though it makes life so fun.
